Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a tracked and secure transit.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to protect the fabric during shipping.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
